You did it! Months of training, running countless hours, burning gazillions of calories and probably consuming too many energy drinks and gels finally paid off. You have reached the finish line of a marathon. Congratulations, well done! But I think you deserve a little more than just a medal and a pat on the back. How about something special? How about a portrait of you at this moment of your athletic life?

Get a Rescuesheet. This is a portrait based on photo of your choice (your finisher photo, for example, but everything else works just fine) which I will then artistically alter by combining my digital magic with old-fashioned silhouette cutting technique. The end result will be unique portrait on a thermal blanket.

Thermal blankets, you read correctly. I use them as a canvas because they are traditionally handed out after marathon races to keep runners warm. You can order your individual Rescuesheet framed in my webshop. Hand signed, of course.

 

You can choose which thermal blanket I will use as the canvas: gold, silver, Frankfurt or Berlin Marathon edition.

After choosing a thermal blanket put your order in the shopping cart, proceed to the checkout and place your order.

You will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your order and a payment request (I only accept advance payment). Also included are instructions for uploading your photo (minimum file size 1 MB). As soon as I have received your payment and your photo I will get to work on your Rescuesheet immediately.
